Internships
In the past, we’ve run a successful intern program and with sufficient interest we we consider running it again.
Our intern program gives participants the chance to learn about regenerative agriculture through valuable hands-on experience.
The program is five days per week, 8 hours per day. Four days of each week are focused on farm development, including the tree and hydration systems, and assisting our farm and livestock managers with the cattle, sheep and chooks.
Activities can include assisting in our commercial poultry and cattle operation, rotational grazing, maintaining Peter Andrews’ Natural Sequence Farming sites, monitoring pasture diversity, assisting with research programs, nursery propagation,
We provide participants with onsite accommodation, vehicle access and food each day.
Initial intern placements are for three months, but there are opportunities for longer term positions where the right capabilities and attitude are demonstrated.
